for a Hands-on Workshop focusing on
GarageBand

how GarageBand
is your
personal recording studio. Whether or not you are a
musician, it makes creating a professional sounding musical
composition easy. Within minutes, you can generate a song
with your favorite instrument and turn around and use it
for a podcast, website, slide show or movie. Come, learn,
and experience with us the power and flexibility GarageBand
offers you to craft music your way.

Who
Should Attend?
Teachers and
administrators who would love to make their classroom(s) an
active learning environment–a place that is fun, yet
addresses standards.
What
to Bring?
This will be
held in a tech lab with air conditioning so you might also
want to bring a light wrap as it can get cold.
Cost?
Free
for CUE members, $15 for guests. For
non-members, this fee may be applied to the cost of a CUE
membership if the application is made during the
workshop. All who wish to participate
will reserve their seat the the $15 fee; for CUE members,
this fee will be refunded at check-in.
Checks must be
received by January 9 to secure your spot.

Ready
to Register for the Garage Band Coffee
Break?
You can
register online for the Coffee Break by going to the
Coffee Breaks
Registration page. This is particularly
important as there might be a need to contact you after
school hours regarding the workshop. Once you have
submitted your registration, we will contact you within
72 hours to let you know your registration has been
received.
After completing your registration online, be sure to mail
your check for $15 made payable to SGVCUE. Look below or on
sidebar for the mailing address.
If you prefer not to register online, simply download the
Coffee Break Brochure which includes a registration panel.
Complete the registration and send with your check made
payable to SGVCUE to the following address:

For members of CUE, the Coffee Breaks are free. However, we are charging a $15 refundable Registration Fee to reserve your space. This fee will be refunded to you at check-in if you are a CUE member.
If you are a guest or non-member, you may apply this $15 fee to your membership in CUE, if you choose. Membership application must be made at the workshop.
